This independent, confidential and impartial channel is available to external and internal audiences of Bank of China (Brazil) and its subsidiaries.
Complaints should be made via the website, in the Contact Us section, selecting the category. If you choose to remain anonymous, do not fill in the fields: Name and e-mail.
The complaint can be made anonymously and all information provided will be treated in strict confidence. In order to optimize the analysis process, the information must be true and provided as completely as possible, preferably accompanied by documents proving the complaint.
What should be reported?
Non-compliance with laws, regulations, standards and procedures
Non-compliance with any law, rule or internal or external standard.
Theft, embezzlement or fraud
Any illegal act against employees, clients, users, shareholders, business partners and suppliers, by any means, as well as attempts to cover it up.
Dishonest conduct and conflicts of interest
Dishonest conduct on the part of any employee at any level of the organization or any situation or action which, in turn, puts or could put the interests of the Institution in conflict.
Manipulation or falsification of data
Changes made to any data or information in order to cover up errors or commit fraud, improve financial, operational or statistical results, or to obtain any illegal advantage.
